My name is Frank La Macchia and I’m a Certified Root Cause Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Counsellor. I assist people with the healing process of physical and mind health issues in a natural and holistic way.

After extensive study, research, and experience, I was personally able to treat and heal my own diagnosed anxiety and depression and able to find the meaning and purpose that was missing in my life. 

I have successfully helped many people with similar issues over the past 15 years.  Now I want to share what I've learned and experienced with you. We will deep dive into the techniques I've used to overcome my battles and ultimately led to my transformation.

Frank's past experiences include a career in performing live music and over 10 years teaching in the Education Department and private colleges.

Frank has performed thousands of live shows demonstrating his music as well as facilitating well-being and self-development workshops. These live performances included TV, radio, theatre, concerts, university lectures, consulting in corporate training, and workshops.

Frank had to address and overcome his performance anxiety and public speaking issues to be able to sustain his successful career as a professional musician and workshop facilitator. Frank is still performing live.
